Wednesday Evening Frontage Road Ride  


Start Time 6:15 PM
Starting from Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve Parking Lot by Northgate Road
Distance 22 miles
Pace 17-19 mph
Leader Todd Senglaub
Description Moderate to Fast paced ride on I-55 frontage roads. This pace is the average speed over the entire ride, not the typical speed on a flat stretch of road. There will be some faster sections and some slower sections. This ride will be in conjunction with a ride sponsored by the Chicago area LUNA Chix triathlon team.
